Set in and near Calumet, this story takes us to the Upper Peninsula in 1913 at the height of northern Michigan’s copper mining boom.
Bridge Michigan hosts bimonthly book club discussions on books with ties to Michigan. Our May/June book selection was “The World According to Fannie Davis” by Bridgett M. Davis and our August selection was “Arc of Justice.”
Bridge book club will be taking December off, but will return in January. We will be posting a survey in Bridge, asking for your suggestions for our next book selection in the coming weeks.
